| Position Summary | |
Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS) seeks a Director of Marketing to lead efforts that strengthen the district's brand, increase student enrollment, and deepen community understanding and engagement with the district's various academic offerings, extracurricular opportunities and student services. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes, but is not limited to: Attracting new students/families, retaining current students/families, re-engaging former students/families, and clearly communicating the various opportunities and benefits available to students and families when they choose CHCCS. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, the Director of Marketing will work across departments and schools to raise the district's level of competitiveness for attracting, retaining and engaging students and families.
