The job of Seasonal Hardwood Floor Crew is done for the purpose/s of providing hardwood floor maintenance at assigned sites using custodial equipment to perform hardwood floor resurfacing operations; assisting other maintenance staff may be required.
Essential Functions
- Operation of floor scrubbers and sanders
- Working with chemicals
- Extensive standing and walking
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Performs other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
Requirements
- age 16+
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver License
