Elementary Academic Interventionist (Full-Time, 1.0 FTE)
School: CE Jacobson Elementary School

School Year: 2025-2026
Grade Levels Served: K–6
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide targeted reading and math interventions for students identified as high risk.
- Support student success within the general education setting through a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework.
- Deliver evidence-based academic interventions.
- Collect, manage, and analyze student performance data accurately.
- Present intervention outcomes monthly to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Elementary teaching licensure preferred.
- Strong data management and progress-monitoring skills.
- Ability to collaborate with staff, families, and other stakeholders.
