Coordinator - Mental Health Promotion
Job Summary:
Operating under the direction of the Director of Social, Emotional, and Behavior Services, this position provides districtwide leadership for the coordination and alignment of mental health, behavioral health, and attendance systems. The role ensures a coherent, multi-tiered approach to prevention, early intervention, and intensive supports, with a focus on reducing barriers to attendance and improving student well-being. This position supervises and supports district mental health staff, oversees Handle With Care implementation, and leads development of a coordinated co-response model in partnership with Safety and Security and community providers.

Qualifications:
Acceptable demonstration of education and/or experience will be at the sole discretion of the District.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or other related field required
- Five (5) years of experience in school-based or youth-serving mental health services required.
- Experience with MTSS, attendance intervention, and crisis response preferred.
- Valid Colorado Teacher's license with applicable endorsement required
- Valid Colorado Principal/Administrator's License required
- Valid Colorado licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) required.
Working Conditions:
227 days / year

Salary & Benefits:
$86,321 - $138,976* Salary Placement Commensurate with Experience
