Partnership Facilitator


The position for a Partnership Facilitator will be available at East Central ISD for the 2026-2027 school year. PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Partnership Coordinator must act as a campus leader and key facilitator for the exchange of information between industry, staff, and students. The Partnership Coordinator will be the face of CAST Lead to industry partners and the CAST Lead community. The Partnership Coordinator must be able to articulate the vision of CAST Lead to all stakeholders and the community. The Partnership Coordinator will lead and oversee the implementation of the career connected learning (CCL) roadmap as well as serve as campus liaison between supporting partners. The Partnership Coordinator will ensure that every CAST Lead graduate has been provided with various opportunities of career connected learning experiences such as but not limited to job shadowing, field experiences, mentoring, and internships. The Partnership Coordinator will promote the benefits of obtaining career connected learning exposure towards the continuous development and establishment of a career/job pipeline in one of San Antonio's high-wage, high-demand job industries.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certificate:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited (4) year college or university OR 3-5 years industry experience

Valid teaching certificate

Demonstrate collaborative leadership capabilities

Demonstrate an adaptive mindset with an ability to concurrently see the big picture while focusing on the details

Demonstrate ability to develop and nurture professional working relationships

Strong communication, presentation and project management skills

Self-directed and results-oriented, demonstrating initiative and follow-through

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

Demonstrated ability to network in high wage, high demand industries

Experience:

Collaborative leadership, data analysis, group facilitation, project management

Experience partnering with stakeholders on project design, implementation and evaluation

Experience promoting Lead careers to students, staff, parents and industry

TOOLS/EQUIPMENT USED:  Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals  

WORKING CONDITIONS: Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, effective management and public relation skills, and ability to maintain emotional control under stress. Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, standing, bending, stooping and occasional lifting of 40+ lbs. The job requires long periods of sitting, walking, standing, bending, stooping and occasionally lifting 40+ lbs. Job requires long periods of arm, hand, and finger movement and occasional city-wide travel

PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT:  210 days                    
SALARY: Based on the 2026-2027 Classroom Teacher Salary Scale plus stipend
