Head Varsity Baseball Coach
Northridge High School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as Head Varsity Baseball Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. Northridge takes pride in its athletic tradition, strong community support, and commitment to excellence both in competition and the classroom.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the entire baseball program (7–12)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program focused on skill development and team culture
- Promote academic achievement, sportsmanship, and character development
- Ensure compliance with all district and OHSAA regulations
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and the community
Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Valid Pupil Activity Permit (or ability to obtain)
- Completion of required certifications and background checks
