Littleton High School is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School where all students in grades 8-10 are enrolled in IB Middle Years courses. Students in grades 11-12 opt in to the IB Diploma Program. LHS also offers a full complement of AP classes, as well as a STEM Certificate, and Early High School, a unique full-day program for eighth graders on the LHS campus.
This position will support LHS students in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, assisting our Library Clerk as well as students one-on-one and in small groups for reading support.
The IB Admin Assistant, Early High School and Post-Grad Coordinator supports student recruitment, academic programming, and postsecondary readiness through the coordination of International Baccalaureate (IB), Early High School, and college and career readiness initiatives. This position serves as a key liaison for students, families, staff, and community partners by managing communications, organizing events and student experiences, coordinating application and enrollment processes, and supporting the day-to-day operations of these programs. The role also oversees campus tours, outreach efforts, and promotional activities that showcase the school's programs and opportunities to prospective students and families.
In support of the IB Program, the coordinator assists with student recruitment, communications, CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) requirements, exam coordination, and student progress monitoring while maintaining compliance with IB regulations and systems. The position also supports college and career planning, including coordinating college representative visits, scholarship and financial aid events, student advising processes, and postsecondary transition supports. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple timelines and communications are essential to success in this highly collaborative role. Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate has a background in post-secondary pathways and a strong desire to work with a diverse group of parents and students. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized advanced courses equivalent to two years of college.
Certification/Experience
Over two years and up to and including five years of experience in program research and development, supervision of adult volunteers, experience working with adolescents.
