Job Description: Teacher

Qualifications: 

• Holds or is eligible for a New Jersey instructional certificate with appropriate teaching endorsement.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development as well as effective instructional strategies.
• Ability to engage students in learning.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent classroom management skills and technology skills.

Compensation: Following the established salary guide ranging from $64,489.00 to $101,795.00, commensurate with experience. 

Benefits: 

• Enrollment in the New Jersey Pension System is subject to term/status of the position.
