Position Summary
The Registered Behavior Technician employee will work under the direction of certified staff to implement behavior plans and accomodations, collect data, and provide support to promote learning.
Essential Functions

- Implement Behavior Improvement Plans
- Collect/ record behavioral and instructional data
- Implement reinforcement systems
- Utilize de-escalation techniques
- Assist in activities of daily living
- Provide teacher(s), BCBA, and administrators with reports as needed
- Undersand underlying principles of applied behavior analysis
- Provide verbal and non-verbal intervention strategies
- Maintain RBT credentials
- Participate in assigned training
