Head Middle School Boys Basketball Coach at Weld Central Middle School and Lochbuie Intermediate Academy for the 2026-2027 School Year

This position is for the 2026-2027 school year.  Season runs from approximately October through December. Subject to change due to CHSAA guidlines & approved timelines 

Location:  Keenesburg or Lochbuie, CO

Pay:

Level 3 Stipend of $3,255.00 per the 2026-2027 Extra Duty Salary Schedule. Stipend may be paid out in semi-monthly equal payments or in a lump sum at the conclusion of the season at the discretion of the District. 

Education/Experience/Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous coaching experience and must have knowledge of the game
• Work closely with the Athletic Director and other coaching staff
• Must have the ability to work in inclement weather
• Physical ability to lift and move sports equipment
• Must be able to pass the CHSAA test and CHSAA Concussion test
• May require small vehicle training through the District (if applicable)
• Must be able to pass basic background check and have fingerprints completed upon hire
• As required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), the selected applicant must verify within 72 hours of employment, his/her legal right to be employed in the United States.
