Certifications:
- New Jersey Certification – Elementary School Teacher in Grades K-6 or N-8
All other certifications are a plus

Requirements
- NJ Certification in Elementary Education required
- Strong Knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards
- Strong understanding of the Elementary School Child, with deep knowledge of child growth and development
- Comprehensive understanding of the writing process and reading instruction
Ability to differentiate instruction
Salary: Salary Guide Step 1: BA $58,197 MA $60,613 MA+30 $63,029
*Salary will be prorated

The Freehold Borough Public Schools is a Pre-K – 8 District in Monmouth County, NJ with a diverse student population of approximately 1,500 students. The district is comprised of two elementary schools and one middle school. Eighth grade students attend the Freehold Regional High School District.
