Study Hall/Intervention Instructional Paraprofessional

Lewis-Palmer High School, is looking for a full-time Study Hall/Intervention Instructional Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. Under general supervision, must be willing and able to monitor behavioral and academic progress of students in study hall, discouraging inappropriate behavior, while following all District policies and procedures. Must be able to maintain daily student attendance records in Study Hall and monitor student academic progress to include grades, missing assignments, assignment due dates, etc. Candidates will motivate reluctant learners to complete assignments, oversee student make-up work and missed tests, communicate with appropriate staff regarding student academic progress, and have basic skills and knowledge of technology. Candidates must maintain a high level of confidentiality and be mature in judgement.
This is a full time position, working on a 170 day calendar and is eligible for benefits. The salary range for this position will be $19.95 - $21.51 per hour, based on previous experience.
