Salary Range: Candidates will be placed on guide according to qualifying experience ($46,484 - $63,484) Pending negotiations

Position Summary: The above full-time positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year. Successful candidate(s) will serve a ninety (90) day probationary period and be required to obtain a Black Seal license within eighteen (18) months of hire.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Black Seal License
- Experience and general knowledge in cleaning and maintaining building interior/exterior, including snow removal.
- Ability to operate school heating, ventilating and air conditioning system
- Able to make minor repairs and painting, filter replacement, light bulb maintenance, furniture moving
- Able to develop a routine to manage their cleaning run
- Familiarity with current technology, able to enter electronic work orders and process email

Technology Skills: Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Frontline Applications, and Student Information System.
Evaluation of Performance: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and Board of Education policy.
Terms of Employment: 12 Month Contract. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable and collective negotiations agreement. See above for specific salary information.
