Pre-K Educational Technician III (Anticipated - Multiple Positions)

Falmouth Elementary School is seeking dynamic educational technicians to fill multiple anticipated Pre-K Educational Technician III positions.

We are looking for compassionate, patient, and creative individuals who truly enjoy working with young children and find joy in supporting the growth and development of 4-year-olds during these important early learning years. These individuals will work collaboratively with classroom teachers to create engaging, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for our youngest learners.

The ideal candidates will be collaborative, demonstrate a willingness to grow professionally, and have experience working in an early learning setting. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting Pre-K teachers in creating a classroom environment that is safe, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate for young learners
• Building positive relationships with children and supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth
• Supporting students with daily classroom routines and activities
• Supervising students throughout the school day
• Performing other related tasks as assigned by teachers and the administrator as designated by the Superintendent

Qualifications:
The successful candidates must have Maine Educational Technician Level III authorization and have completed necessary fingerprinting through the Maine Department of Education, as well as a district-run background check. Candidates will be required to register with Maine Roads to Quality. Experience in early childhood or Pre-K settings is preferred.
