Multiple positions are available for school counselors.  Successful candidates will spend a majority of their time at the elementary level.  They may support work as students bridge from elementary to middle school.  They will work with the school counselors and administrators in both buildings.      

Appropriate NJ certification(s) required - School Counselor certificate.
 

Salary range - $60,958 - $64,458

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.  New Jersey State Certification with appropriate endorsements.
2. Exceptional writing, oral, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
3. Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
4. Required criminal history check and proof of US citizenship or legal alien status.
5. Such alternative or additional qualifications as the Superintendent or Board of Education may deem appropriate.
