Description

ATHLETIC DIRECTOR Lead champions in character, competition, and faith We seek an experienced, visionary Athletic Director who understands that athletics is about far more than wins and losses. You'll oversee an athletic program that mirrors our mission: developing the whole person—athletes who are disciplined, humble, and rooted in Catholic values.

The Role As Athletic Director, you're the strategic leader of all athletic programs. You'll set the tone for coaching excellence, build a culture of accountability and sportsmanship, manage facilities and budgets, supervise personnel, and ensure every student-athlete grows in character while pursuing excellence. You'll partner closely with administration, coaches, families, and UHSAA.

Your Key Responsibilities ? Recruit, hire, evaluate, and develop coaching staff who embody our mission and values ? Develop athletic policies, codes of conduct, and training standards rooted in Catholic principles ? Manage budgets, equipment, facilities, and game operations with precision and vision ? Ensure academic integrity and eligibility standards; support student-athlete success in the classroom ? Coordinate with UHSAA, boosters, and families to build a collaborative athletic community ? Create a culture where sportsmanship, character development, and growth of mind/body/spirit are celebrated

Your Background ? Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Athletics Administration, Business, or related field ? Utah State Professional Educator License preferred; willing to pursue NBCAA certification ? 5+ years leading athletic programs with proven track record of building collaborative relationships ? Demonstrated financial acumen and strong organizational skills ? Deep understanding of how athletics shapes character and develops leaders ? Authentic commitment to integrating Catholic values into athletic culture
