Description: IT Field Service Technician
Job Summary: Supports educational professionals, students, and staff as manager of the Help Desk system used for technology issues. Will gather information for troubleshooting, resolve technology issues and escalate complex issues to team members based on their area of expertise. Documents issues in the system for efficient and effective resolution by the technology team.
