Title: Spring Musical Production Manager, Collegium Center Stage Theater (CCST)
Reports To: Director/Performing Arts Center Coordinator

Summary
CCST Production Manager provides administrative, creative, and instructional support to the
CCST Director throughout the production of the CCST Fall Play and/or Spring Musical. The successful
candidate will participate in creating and maintaining a professional climate that promotes
student growth. The Production Manager will assist with all rehearsals as needed but will
primarily be involved in administrative responsibilities and coordination of parent volunteers.

? Assists PAC Coordinator with production of annual fall play and/or spring musical.
? Manufactures, tracks, and organizes all audition materials.
? Works with the Assistant Director and parent volunteers to ensure all cast meals,
costumes, props, headshots, and production programs are planned and available at
appropriate times as indicated by the PAC Coordinator.
? Attends and assists with all scheduled rehearsals.
? Creating the production program book including stakeholder shoutouts, business ads,
cast/production information.
? Work with parent/stakeholder volunteers to measure students for costumes.
? Procure and/or create all needed costume pieces for annual productions.
? Collaborate with PAC Coordinator on all CCST fundraisers.
? Collaborate with Assistant Director on pricing, taking orders for, and procuring show
tshirts/apparel for productions team, cast, crew, and pit orchestra.
Qualifications
? Experience with theatrical productions (plays and musicals) as both a performer and a
production team member preferred but not required.
? Ability to read, analyze, and filter advertisements/shoutouts for the program book based
on appropriateness for a school production.
? Ability to work as part of a production team and maintain a professional working
environment.
? Ability to adequately and effectively communicate and collaborate with other production
team members, students, parents, and all other stakeholders to ensure student safety
and success.
? Required Clearances include Criminal Background Clearance (Act 34), Child Abuse
Clearance (Act 151), and FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114), all dated within one year
of receipt
? Meets criteria for employment in a PA Public School
