Description: Teacher Leader - 1 FTE
Job Summary: The Teacher Leader provide instructional leadership and administrative support to strengthen curriculum alignment, faculty collaboration,
and student achievement. This role involves participating in curriculum development efforts and coaching teachers, supporting the development of the
district professional development plan, and implementing professional development at the building level.
Qualifications: Master's degree in education preferred.
Valid Ohio teaching certificate or license.
Three years of successful teaching experience in Lakota Local School District preferred.
Experience analyzing student data and implementing instructional improvements.
Proficiency with digital tools, instructional technology, and educational platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LMS systems).
Ability to effectively integrate technology into instruction and assessment practices.
Willingness to engage in district-led professional development initiatives.
Valid driver's license required to perform essential job functions, including travel between multiple locations within the district.
Working Conditions: 7.75 hours per day, 5 days per week, 184 days per school year calendar.
