Operations Manager -- Student Enterprise Print Shop
Description
Lewis-Palmer School District 38 is seeking a skilled and student-focused professional to serve as the Student Enterprise Operations Manager at the District Enterprise Building. This position manages the daily operations of the district's Student Enterprise Apparel and Print Shop, a student-run business that supports Career and Technical Education (CTE) programming at Lewis-Palmer High School and Palmer Ridge High School.
The Student Enterprise provides authentic work-based learning experiences for students through apparel production, embroidery, printing, design, and customer service operations. Revenue generated through the enterprise helps support DECA, FBLA, and district CTE programming. The Operations Manager will oversee production workflows, equipment operations, inventory management, financial processes, and student training while collaborating closely with CTE teachers, district departments, and community stakeholders.
