Full-time Custodian/Maintenance Engineer
Begins June 1, 2026.  Open position is a second shift Full-Time Custodian; 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. 
8 hours/day, $17.60/hour to $25.25/hour; negotiable based on experience.
This position is benefit eligible, including health insurance, dental insurance, and term life insurance.  

Candidate must demonstrate or be able to : 
•        Clear understanding of cleaning--- techniques, use of chemicals, quality control, and tactical approach to cleaning different spaces 
•        Positive communicator and worker
•        Possesses basic understanding, skills, and safety sense of mechanical equipment
•        Assists the Head of Buildings and Grounds as needed during the day with basic duties
•        Assist with snow removal 
•        Assist with event setup and clean up
•        Performs other duties as assigned

Need to have or obtain Special Class C Boilers License within 6 months.
