Vice Principal
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Vice Principal to assist the Principal in the overall administration of the school, including all district policies, regulations, procedures, strategic plan and safety plan; ability to foster a positive school culture and respond and address discipline referrals; collaborate with administrative team and associations; effective support of diverse learners; develop and manage master schedule; and execution of other responsibilities as assigned by Principal.

REQUIREMENTS:
- NJ Principal Certification or Certificate of Eligibility
- Depth of Knowledge in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment
- Elementary level teaching experience preferred
- Ability to Collect and Analyze Data
- Evidence of Collaboration with Educational Community
- Knowledge of Teacher Evaluation Frameworks
- Demonstrated Leadership/Supervision Experience
- Strong Decision Making and Organizational Skills
- Demonstrated Success in Equitable and Inclusive Practices
- Exemplary Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Exemplary Technology Skills
- Ability to Collaboratively Engage with Diverse Community of Students, Parents, and Colleagues
- Experience with Special Education Services and Programming (preferred)
