Job Title: College, Career and Community Coordinator Start Date: August 2026
Reports to: High School Principal Pay Scale: CISD Scale
Primary Role:
Support college and career readiness and community partnerships through collaboration with
administrators, counselors, teachers and community business and industry partners. Support Career and
Technical Education (CTE) pathways, Industry-Based Certifications (IBC), dual credit access and
accurate tracking of College, Career and Military Readiness (CCMR) indicators aligned to the Texas A-F
accountability system. Support campus and district communication through webpage and social media
postings.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
* Bachelor's degree from accredited university
* Valid Texas Teaching Certificate
Experience and Special Knowledge:
* Middle or high school experience in CTE, CCMR or counseling
* Experience with IBC or workforce partnerships
* Experience with social media communications
* Strong data analysis and program management skills and ability to interpret data
* Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Test Coordinator and data reviewer and interpreter for AP, PSAT, TSIA, ACT and SAT
* CTE Coordinator-Practicum business partners
* Campus 504 Coordinator
* AP, PSAT, TSIA, ACT and SAT test preparation and remediation planning
* FAFSA and FAFSA Parent Night
* College Night parent meetings
* Student CCMR and IBC tracking
* College and Career webpage
* Partnerships with local businesses
