Program: Occupational and Physical Therapy
Description: As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) within the Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12, this position is vital in supporting the educational environment by providing expert assistance to licensed occupational therapists. The primary responsibility is to implement therapeutic interventions, individualized treatment plans, and activities that promote students' functional independence and participation in the school setting under the direction of the supervising licensed Occupational Therapist in all tasks and job functions.
Site Location is within York City School District but is subject to change based on needs.

Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance
- National Board of Certified Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certified AND Pennsylvania state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Must be proactive in problem-solving
Terms: Full-time, 180 days/year (follows the traditional school schedule)
Salary: $29.94/hr, plus excellent benefits
