CTE Agriculture Science Teacher/Floral , Aledo HS 2026-2027 School Year

This is a CTE Ag Science teaching position for Floral Design, at Aledo HS for the 2026-2027 school year. 
Preferred candidate with Floral Design experience.  

This position is paid on the Teacher Pay Scale + Academic Stipend for FFA.

Primary Purpose:

Implement and manage the agricultural science program for assigned campus. Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential 

for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.

CTE teachers must sponsor/co-sponsor a Career and Technology School Organization (CTSO), which will require some before or after school time but do receive an annual stipend.
Must be able to travel with and supervise students in your CTSO.

Certification Information
Generally, a TEA certification such as listed below,  is preferred for this position, however there are some additional routes to qualify a non-certified individual with appropriate private industry experience.
