NEST Recreation Leaders

These positions are for the 2026-2027 school year.

AM Recreation Leaders - Avon East Elementary

Hours:  7:00 am - 8:30 am (Monday - Friday)

Hourly Wage:  $17.00 - $17.50/hour depending on experience

- Applicant must be 18 years or older and have their High School diploma

- Applicant may also be hired as a PM Recreation Leader

PM Recreation Leaders - Avon East Elementary, Heritage Elementary

Hours:  Will vary depending on assigned site and are also flexible to accommodate candidate's schedule (Monday - Friday)

Hourly Wage:  $17.00 - $17.50/hour, depending on experience.

East & Heritage South - 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm;  Heritage North - 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

- Applicant must be 16 years or older

Qualifications:

- Preferred prior experience with children

- Applicants are able to handle the physical demands of the work including, but not limited to, lifting supplies, considerable walking while supervising students on playground/gym

- Background and drug testing is required before hiring.

Job Description:

Seeking a dependable employee who can assist current Site Supervisor with daily duties of the Eagles NEST Program (Before & After School Program)

Recreation Leaders would be asked to supervise students during activities, assist with clean-up activities and also interact with students
