Description

Description:
Welcome to one of the best learning and resume building opportunities you will find for technology and customer support.  Apple?  Windows?  Chrome?  All here.  Cisco networking?  That's right.  Extensive internal documentation so you're not having to solve every problem from scratch?  Absolutely.  An active and helpful group of peers on Slack tossing out tips and keeping the environment sane?  We have that, too. If you have ambition, a willingness to learn (we like to call that a growth mindset these days) and a customer service skill set, we can help each other.
