Position Overview
Millstone Township School District is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Accounts Payable Specialist within our Board Office. In this full-time, standalone role, the successful candidate will work closely with the Business Administrator to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of district accounts payable functions. We are seeking a candidate who is organized, reliable, collaborative, and capable of managing responsibilities independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or school business office operations preferred
- Familiarity with Asbury Park ITC software preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, staff, and administrators
- High school diploma required
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Salary & Benefits: *Per negotiated contract based on years of experience & degrees earned
