Description
Isle of Wight County Schools is accepting applications for a Special Education Special Programs-Self-Contained Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.
Teachers in self-contained classrooms provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs while creating a structured and supportive learning environment that promotes academic growth, independence, and social development.
Who should apply?
- Teachers who hold (or are eligible for) a valid Virginia Special Education- General Curriculum license
- Bachelor's degree holders who are interested in becoming licensed we'll help you explore pathways like our iteach partnership
