Human Resource Generalist

Position Objective:
To assist in the overall operation of the Human Resource Department to provide support and personnel management services to all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Exemplary communication and public relations skills in working with staff, administrators, general?public, and outside officials/agencies as well as develop and model a positive employee attitude.
• Must be able to organize substantial projects and work independently to complete them.
• Must have knowledge and experience in the use of technology, modern office practices, and ?procedures.
• Must be able to organize workflow to meet deadlines.
• Must have aptitude to perform numerous detailed record-keeping activities.
• Must have the ability to evaluate needs and develop systems in collaboration with others.
• Must exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and employ sound independent judgment.
• Must work effectively and demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills in dealing with staff members and administrators.
• Must project a positive image of the district to staff, parents, and visitors.
• Must have the ability to travel to/from various locations in the district as needed.

Benefits & Compensation:
* Base salary beginning at $50,000. Experience will be considered.
