Description

Bear Creek Elementary School is looking for a full time Reading Interventionist for the 2026-27 school year.  Applicants must have or be eligible to receive a current Colorado teaching license with the appropriate endorsement.  A knowledge of Colorado assessments, DIBELS 8, as well as other elementary test protocols is beneficial and preferred.  Candidates must be a team player with strong communication skills.  The start date for teachers new to our district is July 31, 2026.   

Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting.  As a guideline, we offer up to 18 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 19, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of  $44,550 - $75,279.  The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website.
