Coach, Junior High Football

Mountain Lake Public School is seeking a Jr. High Football coach.

Mountain Lake is located in the southwestern Minnesota along the Hwy 60 corridor between Mankato and Worthington.  The district has 500 students and 80+ employees. 

The Jr. High Football coach will be responsible for working with the other high school football coaches in coordination with the high school football program.  The Jr. High Football coach will work closely under the head varsity coach to help build a positive, strong, sustainable program.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined team environment
• Mentor student-athletes in skill development, leadership, and character
• Collaborate with other coaches and athletic department staff
• Ensure compliance with school, district, and state athletic regulations
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and administration

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and connect with student-athletes
