Qualifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a school leadership position preferred (Principal, Assistant Principal, Supervisor, etc.)
• 5 Years of previous teaching experience - required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Broad knowledge of instructional programs, and methods to ensure a safe and orderly climate
• Previous responsibility for program evaluations, employee engagement and evaluation, and emergency procedures
• Preferred experience at the elementary school level

  As per the agreement between the South Plainfield Board of Education and the South Plainfield Professional Principals' Unit
