Candidate must be able to work well with students, staff, and families in a kind and professional manner.   Job responsibilities would be, but not limited to, supporting our students and staff by developing a growth mindset in the area of social and emotional learning.

Qualifications:
 

• Masters Degree in Counseling
• Someone with a background in restorative practice is preferred but not mandatory
• Individual must have excellent organizational, human relations, and communication skills
• Knowledge of the developmental, sociological, and physical needs of elementary children
