Brief Description:
The EL Coordinator & Lead Teacher is responsible for the design, oversight, and delivery of the district's Language Instruction Educational Program (LIEP). This role ensures district-wide compliance with the Minnesota LEAPS Act and federal Title III regulations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary expert on English language acquisition, supporting classroom teachers and ensuring that all multilingual learners—including those with disabilities—have equitable access to high-quality academic content.
