Lincoln County School District is seeking talented and amazing educators passionate about kids.  Lincoln County School District is seeking a MIDDLE SCHOOL SOCIAL STUDIES TEACHER for the 2026-2027 school year at Taft 7-12.
 

The qualified applicant must have:

* appropriate licensure or the ability to obtain full licensure - Social Studies endorsement required. (If you do not currently have an Oregon license, please let us know how you plan to obtain licensure prior to the start of the position in lieu of a license)
* proficiency based teaching experience
* experience with standards based teaching, grading and rubric scoring
* a proven track record or experience increasing student achievement

Desirable Skills:

* Bilingual preferred
 
Salary Range: $57,390 - $93,752 per year (2026-2027 salary schedule)
*Posted salary based on a 190 day contract - will have additional required paid training days prior to start of contract in August 2026.
Benefits: Employer paid PERS, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance is pro-rated based on FTE.
