What You'll Do:

• Oversee special education programs and intervention services.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and assist with staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district requirements.
• Coordinate IEP development, reviews, and placements.
• Manage grants, budgets, and specialized services (e.g., home instruction, transportation).
• Support data-driven improvement through progress monitoring and assessment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid Ohio State Board of Education credentials.
• Knowledge of special education law and best practices.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage multiple programs and personnel.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple services simultaneously.
• A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
