What You'll Do
- Lead a class of 17–22 students through a full day of learning, exploration, and growth.
- Build a classroom culture rooted in respect, high expectations, and joy.
- Use your passion for teaching to plan and deliver effective, engaging lessons.
- Differentiate instruction so that every student gets what they need to thrive.
- Collaborate closely with support staff and fellow teachers—because we're all in this together.
- Use data to make smart decisions and drive student growth.
- Communicate with families regularly—you're a team.
- Be present. At recess, during breakfast, and in the in-between moments where real relationships are built.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Licensed to teach elementary education in Minnesota (or eligible by your start date).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong willingness to participate in regular coaching opportunities with our team
- A desire to work with students from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience teaching in urban schools or charter settings.
- Background in working with English Language Learners.
- Fluency or proficiency in Spanish or Somali.

Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary with a Bachelor's degree: $45,276
- Starting salary with a Master's degree: $50,392
