Description

Come join the West Chicago D33 family! We are looking for a Grant Compliance and Data Quality Administrator to join the District Office! The Grant Compliance and Data Quality Administrator is responsible for the development, administration, compliance, and financial oversight of district grants while also managing and maintaining the district student information and performance data systems. This position ensures the integrity of grant-funded programs and data reporting processes in compliance with all state and federal requirements. The role collaborates closely with district administrators, program staff, finance, and external agencies to support strategic initiatives, funding sustainability, and data-driven decision-making.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, public administration, finance, information systems, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in grant administration and compliance in a public school setting preferred.
  • Experience managing student information systems and educational data reporting preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISBE reporting requirements and federal program compliance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and training skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in writing competitive school grant proposals or research and/or evaluation reports preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal and state granting agency requirements and grant criteria;
  • Knowledge of trends in federal, state, local, and foundation funding;
  • Familiarity with relevant state legislation;
  • Ability to effectively analyze a variety of school system data and correctly determine the implications of such data on system operations;
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board finds appropriate and acceptable.

*This position is a full time, 12 month position.
