Pay: From $28,000.00 per year
Job description:
Montessori Village Green is seeking a passionate and dedicated VPK Lead Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for early childhood education and a love of fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in young children.

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience working with young children
- Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) and Florida State Staff Credential
- VPK Teaching Certification
- Early Literacy Endorsement
Preferred:
- Montessori Primary Credential
- Associate's degree in early childhood education or equivalent
- Familiarity with Montessori philosophy and practices
