Instructional Coach
Positions Available for the 2026-2027 School Year

REPORTS TO:
Director of Curriculum and Instruction or designee
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid New Jersey teaching certificate
- Elementary Education (endorsement code 1001) preferred
- Minimum of five years of successful classroom teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level
- Master's degree in education preferred
- Thorough understanding of current research based instructional best practices in curriculum and instruction, differentiation techniques, and data analysis
- Experience facilitating professional development, professional learning communities, or grade level teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a reflective approach to professional growth
REMUNERATION:
Salary will be in accordance with the current KEA contract.
