Social Studies Teacher (Grades 7-12) - MNVA

Social Studies Teacher is needed for Minnesota Virtual Academy (MNVA) High School for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications: 

• A current Minnesota Department of Education (PELSB) teaching license in the appropriate area is required  
• Excellent communication and technology skills 

Additional Qualifications:

• Demonstrates continued professional development through course work, research, peer collaboration, and/or job-embedded staff development
• Strong understanding of the Social Studies curriculum and state standards, current research-based best practices, and student learning styles and needs.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment.
