POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Pre-School Teacher

POSITION TYPE: Certified – Teacher Contract

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be dual licensed.
  • A valid Ohio early childhood intervention specialist license.
  • A valid Ohio early childhood general education teaching license.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Education (or higher) from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated successful preschool classroom teaching experience.
• Appropriate recommendations from student teaching supervisors or other professionals who have observed the personal characteristics, scholastic attainment and classroom performance of the teacher.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
