Euclid  Middle School is a school of excellence with a diverse population of approximately 575 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. The teachers utilize a standards-based curriculum that is aligned with the district and state content standards. Euclid's four core values of Challenge, Community, Choice and Character are prevalent throughout the culture of the middle school. Applicants for this position must have strong knowledge around technology applications and be skilled in customer service.

 

Position Description:

Responsible for supporting the Student Services Center and the main office by inputting and maintaining the master schedule; serving as the district's student information database coordinator for the building including Infinite Campus coaching; maintaining accurate cumulative records; preparing and organizing the registration process and annual online registration; open enrollment; facilitating report cards and transcripts; assisting teachers with grade book issues; serving as a "super user" for Talking Points; performing clerical tasks associated with standardized testing; assisting in preparing reports; managing locker assignments; answering phones and responding to general school inquiries; and back-up to the health clinic when the health assistant is unavailable.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $22.98 (classified salary schedule)
WORK YEAR: 205 days
