Instructional/Educational Coordination
Description
The Transition Coordinator must provide leadership and service on behalf of students with
disabilities to maximize postsecondary educational and employment opportunities by working
effectively with students, families, school personnel. Act as school liaison for community
agencies as well as the business community.
