POSITION: Director of Career and Technical Education  Full-Time, 12-month

SALARY: Competitive, ACT 93 Administrator Position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director of Career and Technical Education provides visionary leadership and administrative oversight for all secondary CTE programs, ensuring high-quality instruction, industry alignment, and compliance with state and federal requirements. The Director serves as an instructional leader and leads program development and continuous improvement efforts that support student achievement, workforce readiness, and organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years successful career & technical teaching experience
• Master's degree •
• Experience in curriculum development, CTE program accreditation, and alignment of industry credentials
• Experience in preparing and delivering professional development for all staff
• Valid Career & Technical Education (CTE) Administrative Director Certificate
• Minimum of three years administrative/supervisory experience
• Dual certification (Academic and CTE) preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, supervisory and computer skills
