Job Title: MTSS Specialist
Building: Spring Lake High School
Position Summary:
The High School MTSS Specialist provides leadership and oversight for the school's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework, including academic, behavioral, and social-emotional systems. This role also serves as the PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) lead, ensuring consistent implementation of proactive, data-driven practices that support student success. The coordinator collaborates with staff to identify student needs, implement tiered interventions, and monitor outcomes to improve achievement and school climate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, School Counseling, Social Work, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Valid teaching or appropriate professional certification.
- Experience working at the secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of MTSS frameworks and PBIS systems.
- Experience with data analysis and progress monitoring.
