PART TIME Special Education Paraprofessional - STAR Program -

Prairie Winds Elementary School is looking for a  Part Time Special Education Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year.  This position will be working on all student contact days plus three professional development days determined by the principal.  Candidates under general supervision will assist in conducting intensified learning experiences for students in assigned areas of study. Candidates will perform a variety of clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel and to perform related work as required.  First Aid and/or CPR are desired

The starting hourly wage for this position is $19.65 - $21.21, depending on previous experience.  A higher starting rate may be granted to applicants who hold one of the following: a current Colorado educator's license, bachelor's degree, RBT certification, CNA license or RMA/CMA certificate.
