Description:
Administrative and leadership position in the Early Childhood program.
Job Summary:
- Assist in the implementation of the Early Childhood Family Services program mission and help achieve excellence in the areas of student learning, team collaboration, positive program climate and effective communication
- Assist in the management of the Early Childhood Family Services program's daily operations
- Assist in supervision, professional development and evaluation of licensed and support staff
- Co-lead various program committees and teams
- Support continuous improvement, development, and implementation of ECFE, Family School and Connections Preschool design, staffing, policies and procedures
- Collect and analyze data to drive continuous improvement
- Co-Administer the Dakota Valley Learning Center and co-lead the Building Emergency Response Team
- Collaborate closely with administrators and leadership in Early Childhood Special Education
- Assist with creating and managing staff and program schedules and calendars
- Assist with program marketing
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Carry out other responsibilities as defined by the program manager
Qualifications:
- MN license in Parent and Family Education and/or Early Childhood Education
- MN Administrative license
- Teaching experience in Parent Education, Early Childhood Family Education, Family Literacy and/or Early Childhood Education
- Experience as an instructional leader or coach
- Ability to build relationships with staff, students, parents and other stakeholders
- Establish and maintain good communication and relationships with staff, students and parents
- Strong problem-solving skills including collaboration among teams
- Cultural competence with a commitment to equity
- Belief in, and a commitment to, the development of the whole child and family system
- Strong technology utilization and data management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead with a growth mindset
- Commitment to ongoing staff development and professional learning communities
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.

Compensation / Benefits:
Salary in the range of $112,703 – $120,264 (190 days/year) based on 2025/26 school year - depending upon qualifications, plus an excellent benefits program.
