Title: School Specialist

Class: Certified

Qualifications:
1.  Bachelor's degree in education, school psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; Master's degree or National Board Certification preferred.

2.  A current North Carolina professional educator license.

3.  Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience supporting student academics, behavior, graduation rate, and/or attendance.

4.  Accomplished or higher on Standards 1 and 4 of the teacher evaluation instrument or equivalent evaluation. 

**IMPORTANT**

1) Please upload your 2024-2025 Summative Evaluation under "Application Materials."  

If you have your 2025-2026 summative completed, you may attach that one as well.

2) Please send your CURRENT principal a reference survey to complete on your behalf.
